| Stunning Hand Carved Utah Sandstone Arch Bright orange red and brown coloring, beautiful naturally occurring wide layered sandstone from Utah carved into an arch. This specimen weighs 1.9lb (860g) and measures 5.2 x 4.7 x 2.1" (13.3 x 12.1 x 5.4cm). This unique specimen was hand shaped and carved with a sand blaster to reveal its wonderful and amazing banding. It is formed and carved to look like a natural formation and has the overall appearance that it was totally weather and wind formed by nature. This is a very nice piece of art with 4 cork pads on the flat cut bottom to protect your furniture. An excellent vacation daydream piece for that big city desk! |

Huge Sandstone Arches are seen all over the state and are absolutely amazing. It is difficult to visualize how picturesque the Utah terrain really is with a camera. Everything is so large and expansive that even panoramic cameras do not show the true beauty of the land. Hand carved small sandstone arches are popular for a remembrance keepsake of a special trip to Utah. We will try to keep a few in stock as we have been asked to do by our "out of area" customers. |
