Petrified Wood Sequoia "Mirror Image" Bookend Set
Our supplier selects only the showiest pieces of petrified wood and other gemstones to cut
into bookends. These pieces are carefully cut so that you end up with a perfectly matched
pair, one agate piece is the mirror image of the other. Of course, there are plenty of
differences in the two halves, but the photo should let you appreciate how well this is done.
The bookends sit perfectly upright and are completely square to one another. They are
felted on both the sides and bottom to protect the books and the shelf. The finish looks
poured on - but there's nothing there except well polished rock!!
This is a fairly large set. Each half measures about 6 .8" (17.6cm) tall & 4" (10.2cm) wide
at the widest spot on the polished face. They're cut about 1.67" (4.2cm) thick. Weight for
this set is 6.24 lbs (2.8kg) which makes these bookends suitable for just about any sized
book you have including the typical sized text book or cook books. What better way to

long time. The variation of colors and patterns in this set is unbeleivable! The white wisping
"bird wing" pattern across the downflowing pattern with through patterns is simply the best we
have seen and it looks like it has poured glass finish the polish is so perfect! This is truly a
one of a kind set!

but this set caught my eye and actually is one of the nicest
looking finished product agate sets we have seen in many
years. They can be used full face out and they look like an
angled cloudscape or seascape. If you turn the narrow
sides out they a completely different set.
This set measures 5.5" (13.3cm) tall and the set measures
8" (20.5cm) wide by 2.2" thick (5.8cm).
With a weight of 5.84lbs (2.65kg) this set holds most books
